Arrival Day - For those driving to San Diego and the Coronado Marriott, self parking is available at the hotel, the cost of this parking will be covered by Tebra. Please do NOT valet your vehicle as this will not be covered by Tebra.
If you are flying into the area, please grab and Uber or Lyft at the airport to bring you to the hotel as transportation will not be arranged for you. The cost of these transfers can be expensed after the event.

For those driving in, please arrive to Coronado Marriott by 1:00 PM. Check-in time is 4pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. The hotel can store any luggage prior to your room being ready.
We recommend eating lunch prior to the start of this afternoon's team building activity, you will be able to expense your lunch per the Tebra expense policy.
2:00pm-4:00pm - Tebra Pickleball Event. Let's have some fun to kick off the event with an afternoon full of pickleball with your co-workers. The has reserved all of the courts at the resort so be sure to wear comfortable shoes to take part in the action.
4:00-5:00pm - Welcome Cocktail Hour. At the conclusion of pickleball, join your colleagues for a cocktail and light snack
6:30pm-9:30pm - Dinner and Drinks at Rustic Root. Please meet in the lobby by 6:00 PM to load the buses to head to Rustic Root for dinner, drinks, and some fun. The buses will depart to head back to the hotel at 9:30 PM. For those looking to take an Uber to or from the venue, Rustic Root is located at 535 Fifth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101.

Breakfast on Own. Prior to the start of today's meetings, please grab breakfast on your own. Breakfast is available at Albaca beginning at 7:00 AM or if you are looking for a grab and go style, swing by The Exchange for a coffee and light bite.
9:30am- 4:30pm - Tebra General Sessions. Today's meetings will be hosted in the Coronado Ballroom.
6:00pm - 7:00pm - Tebra Cocktail Hour. Join us on the Bayside Lawn for a cocktail prior to our Awards Dinner.
7:00pm - 9:30pm - Please join us back in the Coronado Ballroom for our Tebra Celebration Dinner. Cocktails and dinner will be served.

8:00 AM - 12:30 PM - Department Breakout Sessions. Please refer to your personalized itinerary for room assignment and agenda updates!
After the conclusion of this morning's breakout sessions, you are free to depart from San Diego at your leisure.
For those flying home today, please use Uber or Lyft to return back to the airport. You may expense this cost after the trip.
