Yes, please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com with extension requests to ensure discounted group rate (and ability to stay in same room for entire stay) for your personal pre or post extension. If your extension is personal it will be booked through the group rate but you will be asked at check-in to provide credit card for the additional night/nights.
All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel. Upon registering for the event, a member from the EGT team will be in touch with 24-48 hours with flight options. Your flights will be booked into the San Diego Airport (SAN).
The event will begin at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 11th, so all flights must arrive prior to that time. For your departing flights, we will not book any flights prior to 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 13th. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes from the airport.
Tebra will cover the cost of all airport transfers in San Diego, but will not be organizing transfers for attendees. Please use uber/lyft/ or taxis and expense airport transfer costs following the event.
If you are arriving with co-workers we do ask to rideshare to the hotel together.

Tebra will be providing you dinners on Tuesday and Wednesday night. For meals not provided by Tebra such a breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, a per diem will be allowed to submit for reimbursement after the event.

For those who enjoy fitness we recommend bringing along gym clothes. The evening events will be casual. February weather should still be warm in San Diego as the temperature typically averages 66°F.
You will be walking from the hotel to meeting and dinner venues, so please remember a light jacket as temperatures may dip in the evenings.
There will be two options.
1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
