Arrival Day - For those driving to San Diego and the Westgate Hotel, valet parking is available at the hotel, the cost of this parking will be covered by Tebra. If you are flying into the area, please grab and Uber or Lyft at the airport to bring you to the hotel as transportation will not be arranged for you. The cost of these transfers can be expensed after the event.

For those driving in, please arrive to Westgate Hotel by 12:00 PM to park your car as there is no parking at the offsite venue. Check-in time is 4pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. The hotel can store any luggage prior to your room being ready.
Please arrive to The Shout! House by 1:45 PM as we will host this afternoons sales review at the offsite location. The Shout! House located at 655 Fourth Ave, a 10 minute walk from the Westgate Hotel. We recommend eating lunch prior to the start of this afternoon's session, you will be able to expense your lunch per the Tebra expense policy.
2:00pm-5:00pm: Executive Welcome, State of the Union & What's New at Tebra at The Shout! House.
5:30pm-9:00pm: Immediately following today's afternoon general session, we will be hosting a cocktail hour, dinner, and some live entertainment right at The Shout! House to kick off a great few days in San Diego!

Breakfast on Own: Please grab breakfast on your own prior to the start of our meeting! Tebra will be providing a per diem for breakfast today!
Today's meetings will be hosted at Parq Nightclub. Parq 615 Broadway, San Diego, CA 92101, a 7 minute walk from the hotel.
9:00 AM - 11:30 AM - Tebra Keynote, Product Roadmap & Customer Panel Sessions at Parq Nightclub
Lunch is on own today so feel free to get some fresh air and a bite to eat at one of the many venues located right around Parq with your colleagues. Please return by 1:00 PM!
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Tebra Training Recap at Parq Nightclub
In between the end of our afternoon session and tonight's awards dinner, feel free to explore the neighboring area, head back to the hotel, or spend time with your co-workers after today's session.
7:00pm - 9:30pm - Please join us back at Parq Nightclub for our Tebra Celebration Dinner. Cocktails and dinner will be served.

Today's meetings will be hosted right at the Westgate Hotel. Check out from the Westgate is at 11:00 AM so we do recommend checking out prior to the start of today's session and the hotel can store any luggage!
8:00 AM - 12:30 PM - Department Breakout Sessions. Please refer to your personalized itinerary for room assignment and agenda updates!
After the conclusion of this morning's breakout sessions, you are free to depart from San Diego at your leisure.
For those flying home today, please use Uber or Lyft to return back to the airport. You may expense this cost after the trip.
